SESÉ MEXICO Services

Storage

We operate throughout the republic and we have a unit strategically located in Puebla MX, with more than 17,000 m² of space in a Type A Warehouse. Our warehouse has more than 9,900 m² of covered area, ceiling height of 12 meters, modern offices, capacity for immediate growth, in addition to having all the necessary certificates (ISO-9001-2015, C-TPAT, etc.) with a differentiated location for quick access to the main highways (Puebla – Mexico, El Periférico, etc.), ideal for operations that need agility in the implementation, minimizing investments and fixed costs.

We have an exclusive management system (PLUS), which facilitates the management of operational flows designed to provide cost reduction and safety in our customers’ processes.

Internal logistics

Inbound Logistics (Inbound), Line Supply and Sequencing Grupo Sesé can act in your company’s internal logistics, offering specialized labor and handling equipment or a complete solution including a WMS management system, KPI control and inventory responsibility. Carrying out all material handling: Receiving, Storage, Production Line Supply (Line Feeding) and Dispatch of your products, reducing your current cost.

We are a company specialized in logistics and we can offer you highly customized technical solutions, perfectly aligned to your needs and expectations.

CKD / MKD

We offer complete solutions for CKD and MKD logistics. We have a team with experience in handling one-way or returnable packaging, warehouse management, ensuring the best occupancy of the container and the integrity of the exported materials. The packaging of the product can be carried out at the customers’ premises or at Grupo Sesé’s warehouse. We prepare all export documentation and operate according to international standards. We also perform the deconsolidation of imported material: we remove the products from the containers, store and supply the production of our customers according to their needs.

Transport

We offer a differentiated Milk Run transport service, Dedicated Operations, Distribution and Fleet Management. We have an experienced team with technical and strategic vision, provided with state-of-art tools and Apps. We offer a modern Control Tower system, where real-time support for activities is provided by exclusive, specialized professionals aware of the client’s business.

We transport and distribute cargo throughout Mexico, as well as in the USA and Canada, with vehicle capacity optimization, loading and unloading scheduling and offering the best delivery times.

We provide vehicles that can support your company needs; and with our Transportation Management System (TMS) – PLUS, full monitoring of carrier performance and cargo traceability in real time. Risk Management, Transport Performance Reporting and Non-conformity Management.

Management of Finished Vehicles

Our mission is to help our customers with solutions that help to minimize current difficulties. Grupo Sesé is an expert in the Vehicle Management process and carries out the control and management of finished vehicle yards, ensuring excellence in the following processes :

Reception and inspection of vehicles coming from the production line.
Reception and inspection of imported vehicles during the loading of the vehicle in mother truck and train.
By-Pack placement.
Transfer to the spacers zone.
Storage.
Other related services (washing, battery maintenance).
Delivery of vehicles to transport operator and train load.
Delivery of vehicles to customer facilities. We provide an exclusive management system (GESPARK), where the customer can easily access all information related to the process. (Reports, KPI’s, etc)
