The prevention of labour risks, safety at work and workers’ health are fundamental values of our business culture. Since 2005, Grupo Sesé has a department of labour risk prevention that manages and coordinates the preventive activity along with the improvement of working conditions.
8 Pilars of prevention
Awareness, staff training, and health care, especially that of the most sensitive groups, are a priority for our Group. We know that the integral concept of prevention is only feasible through participation, collaboration and involvement in the preventive action of each and every member of our organization. Therefore, the measures developed focus on 8 basic pillars:

Aragon Prize
In 2018 Grupo Sesé was awarded the Premio “Aragon” in recognition of effort by Grupo Sesé in the field of prevention of occupational hazards and the implementation of prevention systems
SQAS Accreditation
Since 2012 Grupo Sesé has been SQAS ((Safety & Quality Assessment for Sustainability) accredited.
ISSLA "Zero Accidents" program
Since 2016 Grupo Sesé adheres to the “Zero Accidents” program by ISSLA (Instituto Aragonés de Seguridad y Salud Laboral)
Luxembourg Declaration
Since 2018 Grupo Sesé has adhered to the Declaration of Luxembourg, thereby publicly committing itself to continue improving the safety and health of its workers.
Aragonese Network of Healthy Companies
Since 2018 Grupo Sesé has been part of the Aragonese Network of Healthy Companies, an initiative that seeks to implement measures and habits that improve the health of workers.
Incident Frequencia reduction 2013-2018
In 2018 and compared to the results of 2013, Grupo Sesé has achieved a reduction of its Frequency Index of 49%.
THANKS TO THE PROCESSES OF INDUCTION AND CONTINUOUS TRAINING OF ITS FLEET OF DRIVERS, IN 2018 GRUPO SESE OBTAINED A QUALIFICATION IN THE SECTION BBS (BEHAVIOR BASED SAFETY)
16 PERCENT POINTS ABOVE THE AVERAGE OF THE EVALUATIONS CARRIED OUT IN EUROPE FOR OTHER COMPANIES OF THE SAME SECTOR.
