The prevention of labour risks, safety at work and workers’ health are fundamental values ​​of our business culture. Since 2005, Grupo Sesé has a department of labour risk prevention that manages and coordinates the preventive activity along with the improvement of working conditions.

Awareness, staff training, and health care, especially that of the most sensitive groups, are a priority for our Group. We know that the integral concept of prevention is only feasible through participation, collaboration and involvement in the preventive action of each and every member of our organization. Incident Frequencia reduction 2013-2018

In 2018 and compared to the results of 2013, Grupo Sesé has achieved a reduction of its Frequency Index of 49%.

THANKS TO THE PROCESSES OF INDUCTION AND CONTINUOUS TRAINING OF ITS FLEET OF DRIVERS, IN 2018 GRUPO SESE OBTAINED A QUALIFICATION IN THE SECTION BBS (BEHAVIOR BASED SAFETY)

16 PERCENT POINTS ABOVE THE AVERAGE OF THE EVALUATIONS CARRIED OUT IN EUROPE FOR OTHER COMPANIES OF THE SAME SECTOR.
