Our organization has taken ownership of the formal commitment to evaluate, define, implement, measure and communicate a business sustainability strategy in which these four fundamental themes are collected:
At the same time, and as far as corporate social responsibility is concerned, our Group has always been sensitive to participation and collaboration in matters of a social nature with its closest environment.
In 2013, the Group made the decision to create a Foundation in which its main purposes are intermediation, training and advice, accessibility and creation of companies for people with functional diversity and / or at risk of exclusion, betting on a mentality without barriers, promoting the development people.
At present, the Group’s corporate social responsibility rests on the Sesé Foundation. The foundation focusses on a number of social areas with an common objective of promoting inclusivity and integration of those at risk of social exclusion.

Sesé Foundation main focus
Social workplaces
We created Special Employment Centers in order to offer opportunities for groups at risk of exclusion. The creation of the Special Employment Centers offers us the possibility of generating main stream permanent jobs for groups that generally struggle to enter the labour market.
Training and education
The Sesé Foundation advocates quality training, which is tailored to the needs detected inindividual companies. The training aims to guarantee the entry into the labour market by persons with very diverse abilities.
Labour integration
Comprehensive insertion service through which the most appropriate profiles are selected for the jobs, with analysis of skills, adaptation positions, accessibility, support in the incorporation and monitoring. We promote networking in order to achieve success in job placement programs, coordinating work with entities specialized in people with disabilities and at risk of exclusion.
Social projects
As part of the Social Responsibility of the Sesé Group, the Sesé Foundation launches social initiatives with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the well-being and quality of life of the people.
Grupo Sesé is a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact since 2016. In 2015, the UN approved the 2030 Agenda on the Sustainable Development GoalsObjective (SDG), an opportunity for countries and their societies to embark on a new path with which improve everyone’s life, without leaving anyone behind. We are currently one of the 50 Aragonese companies that already comply with the UN 2030 Agenda and we are fully committed to achieving the SDGs:
