Since 1999, the year of the first certification under ISO 9001, we have continuously innovated our management processes, adapting them to the changes and demands of the sector and its customers, and turning quality into the standard of our company.
Client focus and continuous improvement are two key components in our success. Leading to many certifications and consistent high scores in client audits.
The prevention of labour risks, safety at work and workers’ health are fundamental values of our business culture.
Since 2005, Grupo Sesé has a department of labour risk prevention that manages and coordinates the preventive activity along with the improvement of working conditions.
The management approach of our organization has a marked preventive character and with a clear anticipation of the risks.
For this reason, in 2015, Grupo Sesé pioneered one of the first Compliance Program (Crime Prevention and Ethical Management Model of the Company) in Spain.
In 2016, the company signed its adhesion to both the Global Compact and the Spanish Global Compact Network and since then, Grupo Sesé has actively worked to integrate actions and cross-cutting projects within our strategic lines to comprehensively address the management of risks and opportunities arising from the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 10 principles promoted by the United Nations Global Compact.
In 2013, the Group made the decision to create a Foundation in which its main purposes are intermediation, training and advice, accessibility and creation of companies for people with functional diversity and / or at risk of exclusion.
