Through proprietary software we are able to track any vehicle and product and provide real time information on status, location, expected times of arrival and incidents. This also allows us to act quickly in case of any incidents ensuring we meet our client´s requirement even in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Besides integrating our own fleet we are also able to quickly intergrate clients and their carriers. Automated uploading of transport order or manual entry online ensure all orders can be captured and processed.

Carrier can also be connected trough mobile apps allowing the to provide real time status updates but for example also reports incidents and delays or capture and report damage to cargo.

After receiving transport orders the planning, optimisation and load building processes ensure the optimal transport solution taking into account overall costs, transit and service requirement aswell as pre-defined rules and restrictions.

Transport orders are transmitted to the carriers electronically and execution is monitored. If required planning can be dynamically adjusted based on events and possible changed circumstances while on route.

By linking transport movements to cargo manifests we are able to provide visibility to the orders and part level while stock is in transit.

Real time status updates by routes, carriers, origins and destinations aswell as incident reporting ensure our clients always know where their shipments and what the status is.

Damage reports are also part of our visibility functionality.

The Control Tower of Sesé is a great example of how we adapt to the needs and demands of our customers. In an industry where time and visibility are key. We have developed the Control Tower, a tool for managing resources and visibility where different actors in the supply chain can share information in real time and obtain indicators of the level of service.

In an effort to increase productivity and reduce our CO2 emissions, Sesé has developed Smart Driving. A system that analyzes routes and driving patterns and, based on these data, gives the drivers instructions on how to perform their route (speeds, breaks, refueling and other information of interest) optimizing productivity to the maximum and reducing consumption but at the same time complying with the schedules agreed with the client.

With Smart Driving we have managed to make drivers realize more billable KM and reduce their emissions. Furthermore, the application provides a higher level of monitoring for our traffic managers, while the driver achieves his goals.
