Grupo Sesé strives to be an active agent in the protection of human rights in its sphere of influence, understanding that its commitment is not only its own workers, but that it must also involve customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. The organisation brings together 27 different nationalities that coexist with the same rights and considerations as employees. There are eight areas in which we work hard to make a difference:
Selection

Personnel selection processes are key and are based on transparent methodologies and principles of equity. The policies of the organization expressly prohibit asking questions of a religious nature, sexual orientation or politics within the selection processes. We select professionals who want to learn, work in teams and develop, able to align with the values of the organization and the competencies required by our sector. We encourage young people’s access to their first job through scholarship programs and other collaboration agreements.
Induction

We take care of the induction of new employees so that they achieve a quick and successful integration within the organization. In the induction processes, we use technologies and digitalisation to standardize the employee’s journey in all the centers of the organization.
Training

At Grupo Sesé we firmly believe that people must have the necessary training to satisfactorily respond to current and future challenges. That is why we promote the continuous training of all personnel through specific plans that allow them to acquire, update or improve their technical and presonal skills. This leads to a better performance, adapting the human resources of the organization to the technological and organizational changes that our clients demand.
Development

We identify talent and potential, applying appropriate tools in tune with the activity and the market. That allow our employees to grow and develop their skills and improve their professionalism and employability.
Equality

We firmly believe in the equality of treatment and opportunities between women and men, without discriminating directly or indirectly due to sex. We continuously initiate and promote measures to achieve real equality within our organization. We are committed so that these principles are translated into guidelines that naturally govern both the behavior of the people that make up the organization, and the processes that define the ways of working in the company, from the selection to the promotion, through the salary policy, training, conditions of work and employment, occupational health, the organization of working time and the reconciliation of personal and professional life.

Communication

We adopt the appropriate and necessary channels to provide our employees with the relevant information of the organization and their position and we facilitate upward communication through channels for the collection of opinions and active participation. We create suitable climates and environments so that each of our employees feel that they can express themselves and that their ideas are heard and valued.
Corporate volunteering

We promote corporate volunteer actions aligned with the values, principles and idiosyncrasies of our organization, with the help of our workers and the Sesé Foundation. It is our firm intention to return to the local communities where we operate, part of the benefits that we as a company obtain and to contribute our grain of sand in the protection of the most disadvantaged groups.
